Privacy policy
This privacy policy explains which personal data Comm 5 processes, for what purpose, how and where — in particular in connection with our website comm5.ch and our other services. It also sets out the rights of the people whose data we process.
Additional or separate privacy notices and terms may apply to individual services.
1. Contact
Responsible for the processing of personal data:
Comm 5 AGWildbachstrasse 77

info@comm5.ch
Data protection contact: Mira Zawrzykraj.
2. Processing of personal data
2.1 Terms
Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable person. Processing means any handling of personal data, whatever the means — for example collecting, storing, using, disclosing, archiving or deleting it.
2.2 Legal basis
We process personal data in accordance with Swiss data protection law, in particular the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the Data Protection Ordinance (DPO). Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, we comply with it as well.
2.3 Type, scope and purpose
We process only the personal data we need to provide our services reliably, securely and in a user-friendly way — mainly contact details, the content of our communication with you, and technical data from visits to our website.
We keep personal data only as long as the purpose requires or the law obliges us to, and then delete or anonymise it. Most of it is information you give us yourself, for example when you contact us by email. If you share data about other people with us, please make sure they are aware of it and that it is accurate.
2.4 Service providers, including abroad
We work with service providers — for example for hosting, email and IT — who may process personal data on our behalf. We choose them carefully and bind them to appropriate data protection.
They are mainly located in Switzerland and the European Economic Area (EEA). If personal data is transferred to a country without an adequate level of data protection, we ensure suitable safeguards, such as the standard contractual clauses recognised by the FDPIC.
3. Your rights
You have the rights granted by Swiss data protection law — in particular to access your personal data, have it corrected or deleted, object to its processing, and receive certain data in a common electronic format. To exercise these rights, write to info@comm5.ch.
You may also complain to the competent supervisory authority. In Switzerland, this is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
4. Data security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. Our website is only available via an encrypted connection (HTTPS), shown by the padlock in your browser’s address bar.
No transmission of data over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Nor can we influence any access to data by security authorities in Switzerland or abroad.
5. Use of this website
5.1 No cookies or tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools, tracking pixels or social media plugins. It loads no fonts, scripts or other content from third parties.
5.2 Display preference
If you switch between light and dark mode, your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage so the website remembers it on your next visit. This setting stays on your device, is never sent to us, and can be removed at any time by clearing your browser data.
5.3 Server log files
Our hosting provider, SCNR Hosting Facilities / Compination (Switzerland), automatically records the following for every visit: date and time, IP address, the page requested, HTTP status code, amount of data transferred, the previously visited page (referrer), and browser and operating system.
This data is needed to deliver the website reliably and to keep it secure. Log files are deleted after 60 days.
6. Email and communication
If you contact us, we use your details only to handle your enquiry. Our email runs on our own system (Grommunio), hosted in Switzerland.
For video meetings we use Whereby; the provider’s own terms and privacy policy also apply.
7. Changes
We may amend this privacy policy at any time. The version published on this website applies. Last updated: 29 September 2026.
